Each of the 8 weekly sessions are 90 minutes and are done via Zoom and/or in person in Juliet's clinic in Ocean Shores (Northern NSW). Juliet works with clients around the world and her Manifestation Coaching and Energetic Reprogramming sessions are equally effective wherever you're located.

 

During this 8 week program Juliet will deep dive with you to uncover and clear the energy of your core underlying patterns that have been blocking you, interfering with your successful manifesting, and holding you back in life.

 

Each week will focus on clearing, upgrading, and expanding your individual energy patterns and vibrational frequency to realign you with your highest version of self in terms of your:

 

Week 1 - Self-Worth - Clearing issues associated with safety, security, shame, physical health issues, and money patterns; developing a stronger sense of grounding, safety and belonging in the world

Week 2 - Self-Love - Clearing issues associated with self acceptance, open heartedness, compassion, loving relationships; clearing armouring around your heart to feel more passion, enthusiasm and joy for life

Week 3 - Self-Value - Clearing old hurts, wounds and unresolved emotional baggage; realigning your emotional body with more supportive emotions; owning and claiming the unique individual contribution you are here to make

 

Week 4 - Self-Confidence - Clearing negative thought patterns, judgements, and power imbalances; realigning your mental body so you can activate and stand more fully in your authentic inner power

Week 5 - Self-Expression - Clearing any blockages in the ways you speak up, deal with conflict, and express yourself in challenging situations; realigning the way you express yourself with your highest version of self

Week 6 - Self-Identity - Clearing the way you see yourself, limiting self-perceptions, and outdated ways of seeing life; elevating your self identity, intuition and future vision to realign with your true authentic self and feel comfortable being seen in the world

Week 7 - Self-Belief - Clearing any blocks with your connection with your Higher Self and spiritual body; reconnecting with your higher level wisdom and Soul's guidance to operate with greater connection, knowing and total self-belief as you move forward in the world

 

Week 8 - Integration and action plan going forward

 In addition to the 90 minute sessions, each week Juliet will also provide you with Soul work to complete between sessions, as well as tailored meditations and visualisations to help you integrate, anchor and ground your energetic shifts and new upgraded vibrational frequency and internal programs.
